Shayma Kurz is the CEO and Founder of Digital Advice Consulting, a boutique consultancy empowering organizations to embrace AI, upskill their workforce, and cultivate inclusive leadership. Recognized as one of the UAE’s Most Impressive Women CEOs Driving the Tech Industry 2025, Shayma was recently featured on the cover of CIO Business World for her transformative contributions to the region’s tech landscape. 
In 2025, she was honored with the Transformative Leadership in Digital Innovation & AI Award, celebrating her visionary approach to driving technological advancement and workforce transformation. That same year, she was named among the Global 200 Women Power Leaders 2025, recognizing her bold leadership and commitment to empowering organizations and individuals across industries and borders. With over 14 years of international experience across Europe, the Middle East, the USA, India, and China, Shayma has built a reputation as a strategic and forward-thinking leader, seamlessly blending business vision with technology-driven innovation. Before founding Digital Advice Consulting, Shayma served as COO & Head of R&D at BaseTracK, a startup focused on fuel economy solutions for heavy-duty trucks. There, she pioneered operational strategies that merged sustainability with technological innovation, leading multi-functional teams and driving business growth. Earlier, during her 12-year tenure at Mercedes-Benz AG, she spearheaded the development and global rollout of a Data & Analytics Platform blueprint, integrating advanced technologies into operational and business strategies across global markets. Shayma holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Hochschule Esslingen, one of the most renowned universities of applied sciences in Southern Germany. Her strong technical foundation, combined with her strategic leadership, enables her to bridge the gap between business and technology with clarity and confidence. Today, from her base in Dubai, Shayma leads Digital Advice Consulting with a mission to help organizations and individuals thrive in a rapidly evolving digital world. Her work focuses on enabling businesses to adopt AI with confidence, align business strategies with future technologies, and foster diverse leadership ecosystems. Through her relentless drive for innovation and inclusivity, Shayma continues to inspire and empower changemakers across industries and regions.

Dr. Siegmar Haasis brings to the table an impressive 26-year tenure in international digitization, notably serving as the Chief Information Officer of RD at Mercedes-Benz for eight years within Daimler. With a comprehensive grasp of digitization strategy and a strong background in data and software development, Dr. Haasis offers invaluable expertise across various business domains, including R&D, research, production, sales, aftersales, and IT. His extensive international experience spans more than 20 countries, providing him with a robust network and a deep understanding of diverse business environments. Dr. Haasis has successfully led over 20 large-scale transformation projects, solidifying his reputation as a visionary leader in the digitization realm.

Ansgar Gerlicher, serving as a professor of computer science, specializes in mobile and automotive applications, IoT, AI, and distributed systems. As the founder of the Institute for Mobility and Digital Innovation and the REMEX research initiative, Ansgar is deeply involved in advancing research and innovation in these domains. Prior to his tenure at Stuttgart Media University, he accrued extensive experience as a software architect and consultant in telecommunications and automotive industries. Ansgar’s contributions extend to his pivotal role in the Arena2036 research campus, supported by the German Ministry of Research and Education, where he leads the FlexCAR research consortium, focusing on developing an open platform for future vehicles, including autonomous driving. Ansgar also serves as a mentor and co-founder of various startup ventures, and his academic achievements include numerous publications in esteemed international conference proceedings and co-authoring several books on mobile software development, computer science, and media.
